Our UK wedding video packages start at £1300.00 and include 3 copies of the DVD of your chosen film which includes a highlight version edited to one song as well as real time edits (as they happened) of the ceremony, the speeches and the first dance.

Step 1 – Tell us whether you want your wedding video to include bridal preparations or not.
For many couples including the bridal / grooms preparations in the video is an integral part of the day. The main reason for this is so that the bride can see what the groom was doing and vice versa as this is a big part of the day when you are not together. Everything that happens after the preparations will be done together. During this time i will capture close up shots of hair, make-up, the dress, flowers, the jewellery as well as capture the general fun atmosphere which often accompanies this part of the day Bridal preparations terminate with the bride being fastened into her dress. Groom’s preparations will generally be focused around the fun part of all the guys together but can also include doing up of waistcoats / cuff links, cravats etc too. This section will form a meaningful part in the introduction to your finished wedding video
If you choose not to include bridal preparations in the filming of your wedding video then i will arrive at the venue a couple of hours prior to the ceremony and begin filming with the arrival of the groom and the guests. Your final wedding video will contain an introduction from this section.
Step 2 – If you would like a mini film as well as your highlights then let us know how many songs you would like us to use.
Your Wedding Video – Highlights Film- (Short form edit) – Included in all packages
This short film , set to single a track of your choice does what it says on the tin and provides you with a short film of your day. You choose one song which means something to you and we will edit your footage to the length of that song. This short film, edited in a non linear way (not necessarily in order) will take shots from your entire day and tell a story which summarises what happened. It may be overlaid with audio from the speeches, the ceremony or both depending on your own personal preference and the footage we have captured. This style of film is increasingly popular to have on your smart phone, or iPAD as it only lasts an average of 4 minutes. Your Wedding Video – The Mini Film – (Medium Form Edit) – Optional
This is similar to the highlights outlined above but you can choose the number of tracks you wish to include. This is a great option if you are finding it difficult to decide on the perfect track. We recommend between 2 and 5 tracks, which when edited together will provide you with a mini film of your day in a little more detail. Once again this film may be done in a linear or non linear way and it will show highlights from throughout your day but sequences will be a bit longer than in the standard highlights. Again this film has proven to be popular for mobile devices as it will typically last between 12 and 20 minutes.
Your Wedding Video – The main Feature - Included in all packages
This film is generally a real time edit of the days events, ie the events are shown in the order they happened. This includes your full ceremony, your full speeches and your 1st dance which will be topped and tailed with sequences from the day. All of our packages include this film as standard as a separate chapter on your finished wedding video disc.
Step 3 – Tell us how you would like your wedding video delivered
We then offer you a selection of output methods ranging from standard DVD to files which you can play directly from your PC or MAC or on your smart phone. You are free to choose the format which suits you best and we will include this in our quote.
Having your final wedding video delivered on DVD is the most common way and for most people the most convenient way to receive their final wedding video. Our DVDs feature a printed photo taken from the video footage and come in their own presentation boxes. All of our packages offer 3 DVDs as standard so you can share your memories with your family. Of course we are able to supply further copies of your DVD on request at an additional charge of £35.00 each.
For those of you have have already made the switch the HD (ie you have an HD TV and a Blu Ray player, you an request that your wedding video be supplied on Blu Ray. We will provide you with 1 copy of your wedding video on Blu-Ray and the other 2 copies on DVD. Once again all discs will feature printed fronts and will be supplied in presentation cases.
At Unforgettable Memories we know that many of you will want to share your content via your iPhone or Blackberry which is why we can also provide you with a converted version of your finished production which you can upload onto your preferred device. There is an additional charge of £50 for each version of the file you require.
Finally, but by no means least we are able to supply your files on a Hard Disk drive. This is the ultimate in backups and can be formatted to work on either MAC / PC or both. Not only will you have your files on DVD / Blu-Ray but you will also be able to play the files directly from your computer.
